Highlights of the Stress at Work Showcase 2014

An event to explore the issues of Stress at Work from new perspectives in order to empower those of us who have ever been victims of this prevalent issue. See testimonials from the event here. View all media mentions pertaining to this event.

This event was originally designed as a visual representation of my personal reflections following an experience of stress and bullying at work, it was further informed by survey responses from over 60 people, across the UK, people like you, who shared their experiences of the same issue.

If you could not attend, but really wanted to be there, don’t worry… see some of the pictures below… or watch a brief 5 minute video overview here.

The event began with mingling and nibbles as the guests arrived.

‘A very enjoyable piece and sharings on stress at work using bodywork / drama… liberating to share what often seems to be a taboo’

Marina Bulgarelli, OT

-Presentation on topic
-Massage
-A drama performance by deep:black, including forum theatre where audience members take the place of actors on stage to ‘influence’ how the story plays out.

The Massage – as provided by David Lau and Fabio Costantino What a success this was! 5 minute massages were generously provided by both David and Fabio – much to the delight of guests – many of whom had travelled to the venue straight from work on this beautiful Monday evening.

deep:black lead a stimulating dramatisation and discussion through which we could reflect and share our experience of the subject and learn together as a whole.
